Are you wondering what the point of algebra is?  Would you rather be spending your time learning something else?  Do you think you’d rather kick your feet up and learn from home?

Well you can!

Granted, at the moment, you can’t get a high school diploma without completing the requirements set forth by the district and the state.  However, you can busy yourself learning things that you consider “worthwhile” by taking free online classes and notes from various sources.

While I’ve found The Open University particularly helpful, you may want to play around with some of the websites and see if there’s anything you find interesting or helpful.  You can check out a list of “The Best Websites for Free Online Courses.
