Heroes aren’t always epic.

Take this guy, for example.  Even though he doesn’t have super speed or the ability to leap tall buildings in a single bound, but it does seem, on occasion, that he has super strength – at least enough strength to lift me when I need it and hold it down when I can’t.

This week, I’d like you to write about a personal hero.

1st – Define “hero” on your own terms.

2nd – Identify a person who fits that definition and explain how they are a personal hero.

3rd – Include an original photo of that person or something that reminds you of that person.

For an added challenge

• Add a caption to the picture you include giving information about where and when the photo was taken
• Set the picture as a “featured image” in the post.
• Include a link within the caption
